Bank robber wears Romney mask
A man in a Mitt Romney mask robbed a bank in Virginia on Thursday, two years after the someone wearing a Hillary Clinton mask held up the same location.
The robbery was particularly brazen, according to the NBC affiliate in Washington, D.C. The robber, who was wearing the Romney mask and a Florida State sweatshirt, went from teller to teller, demanding cash from each one.
Police visited a Party City store located behind the bank in Sterling to ask if anyone had purchased a Romney mask.
It’s not clear if the robber with the Clinton mask was ever caught.
